Atlas Ashes is a melodic death metal band from Lausanne, Switzerland. The project started in 2022 with two guitarists and a drummer focused on one idea: heavy songs with strong melodic hooks, dark atmosphere and live tension.
The first line-up came together with vocals and bass, giving the band its full shape and leading to the debut EP Dead End in 2023.
In 2025, Atlas Ashes released New World, a full-length album built on crushing riffs, groovy rhythmic sections, atmospheric leads and lyrics dealing with inner conflict, rupture, pressure and the will to rise again.
The band’s identity sits between intensity and melody: direct enough for the stage, layered enough for deeper listening.
